Job Summary
This role is to manage, monitor, control and initiate transfer of underwriting knowledge and expertise to Company IT system and New Product Development/ Projects / System Enhancement. The candidate is required to perform the underwriting duties related to Property Department.
Key responsibilities
- To carry out all related functions of Property Department regarding underwriting, surveying, monitoring accumulation within the mandate set
- To provide technical support to branches
- System enhancement to ensure compliance to Company and Group guidelines
- To provide technical knowledge and expertise in development of new products
- Compile, Manage and Coordinate with other LOB on system enhancement or new requirement on standard application
- Undertake any other duties and special project to increase productivity of the department and to support Company Plans
- BU (Business User) for Property LOB on System Development, Enhancement and Simplification of process in system on functional features
Key requirements / Skill / Experience
- Degree holder preferably in Insurance related discipline with at least 3 years working experience in similar field
- Good communication skill
- Strong analytical and conceptual skill
- Good team player and interpersonal skill
