Job Description

1. Quality Management System (QMS) & Environmental Management System (EMS)

Maintain and continuously improve QMS (ISO 9001) and EMS (ISO 14001) compliance.

2. Customer Complaint Handling & Reporting

Manage customer complaints, coordinate root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions. Ensure timely submission of

CAR (Corrective Action Report)

and customer feedback reports. Communicate effectively with customers to maintain satisfaction and trust.

3. In-House Quality Control & Process Improvement

Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspection activities. Monitor product quality performance and lead problem-solving teams for process issues. Establish preventive measures to avoid defect leakage to customers. Ensure calibration of measuring equipment and tools are up to date.

4. Engineering & Process Control

Support new product development and sample approval (FAI ). Collaborate with production and engineering teams on process improvement and cost reduction. Evaluate production process capability and lead continuous improvement projects (5S).

5. Supplier Quality & Audit

Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Follow up on supplier NCRs and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.

6. Leadership & Team Development

Supervise and guide QC inspectors and technicians to ensure consistent quality performance. Conduct quality and safety training to enhance team competency. Support management in strategic planning for quality and engineering functions.

7. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare monthly quality performance reports and present improvement plans. Maintain proper documentation of quality records, reports, and audit results. Lead internal and external audits, ensuring all findings are properly closed within the timeline. Prepare and update quality and environmental procedures, work instructions, and records. Conduct management reviews and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
