Support in Group Insurance's Strategy and Transformation programs and coordination of it's business activities.
Support in process re-engineering, systems and to drive process improvement initiative across the operations value chain.
Overall responsibility for the delivery of multiple technology solutions across a number of large programs and agile teams, by ensuring consistency in delivery approach through the PMO and Scrum Masters, and by growing capability in people. Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Group Insurance strategy and transformation programs which include implementation & delivery of strategic transformation initiatives and smooth running of transformation & change programs
Drive and accountable for change impact assessment to be carried out across the initiatives
Provide ideas during product ideation/ development and process improvements
Well verse in market and competitors' analysis
Ensure adherence to all laws, regulations and guideline by regulators.
Develop, consolidate, streamline and review internal communications plans/materials from all initiative Leads.
Facilitates the identification and owns the tracking of key milestones, dashboards and financial scorecards for each initiative.
Oversee the progress and issues of projects and provide problem resolution
Manage projects interdependencies
Provide project status, issues and progress to HOD
Ensure Transformation Office's project governance, processes and templates are adhered to by project team.
Ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to changes with resilience
Provide dedicated S&T support to distribution channel as and when required
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor Degree - .
- Preferably with IT/ Project Management.
7 years working experience, preferably with experience in Financial Services industry. Understand the Group Insurance's strategic objectives, its business model and the change required

Have deep expertise in delivering digital technologies using Agile methodology and will need to have superb interpersonal skills, experience leading an innovative team and have a passion for forward thinking digital transformation.
