About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group\'s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Retail PFS via Business/Portfolio Analytics to realize and maximize customer value through the use of decision modelling and Customer Analytics
• Work with product / portfolio management to support product and portfolio on initiatives such as- marketing campaigns, product programs, pre-campaign analyses, performance metrics, etc
• Identify and highlight trends and opportunities for sales and services based on periodic review of customer analytics, marketing models, campaign results and other relevant customer/product information
• Develop, implement and validate predictive models, exploratory data analysis / mining or other analyses across the Customer Life Cycle: market segmentation, acquisition, activation, relationship management, cross-selling, up-selling, retention and winback
• Generate regular portfolio reports for senior management, segment, channel and marketing, etc

Job Requirements

• A recognized Degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics ,Statistics or any equivalent professional qualification. Candidates with a Masters Degree will have an added advantage
• At least 3 years of working experience in banking, or related industry with a proven track record
• Knowledge of a variety of predictive models, and statistical techniques, e.g. logistic regression, decision tree, clustering, is a plus.
• Proficiency across the core statistical toolsets (SQL, SAS, R, Python), data visualization tools ( Qlik) and Hadoop ecosystem.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
