About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group\'s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact and obtain payment from delinquent account.
• Manage collection / recovery of overdue loans / credit card account to meet targets set.
• Complete dunning activities based on allocated queues / daily actions reports Practice and display quality customer service.

Job Requirements

• Experience or Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply as on-job training is provided upon joining.
• Good working attitude, Passionate, Self-motivate and able to communicate well with people of all levels.
• Result oriented with good negotiation skill.

• We offer lucrative commission / incentive for performance staff on monthly basic.
