Job Responsibilities Contact and obtain payment from delinquent account. Manage collection / recovery of overdue loans / credit card account to meet targets set. Complete dunning activities based on allocated queues / daily actions reports Practice and display quality customer service. Job Requirements Experience or Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply as on-job training is provided upon joining.
