It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.About the DepartmentJob ResponsibilitiesReceive all Trade Finance transactions such as Letter of Credit, Import and Export Financing, Bankers Acceptances, Bank Guarantee, Documentary Collection, etc.Check applications for Financing transactions and liaise with customers and/or Relationship Managers for clarifications, etc. Submit transactions to Ops Centre for processing.Ensure handling of shipping documents and all trade financing are in compliance with policies, rules, guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level AgreementsEnsure care and due diligence is exercised on day-to-day operational matters in relation to AML/CFT procedures and regulatory requirementsAttend to queries from internal & external customersAcquire relevant knowledge and training while performing the day-to-day operations and provide advisory support to internal and external customers, when requiredHandle ad hoc duties as and when assigned by Team Leader/ManagementProcess and approve (where authorized) relevant transactions guided by the operating procedures and standards set.Ensure that the processing turnaround standards are achieved and that transactions are processed accurately and correctly.Ensure awareness and full compliance of all laid down rules, policies, guidelines, procedures, practices and code of conduct imposed by the organization.Establish and maintain close working relationship with Business, branches and other departments in the organization to facilitate the smooth running and processing of the day to day operations.Assist the team management in overseeing the daily operations of the team and contribute towards meeting the team\'s objectivesJob Requirements

• Possess a degree
• At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, team player with the ability to work independently under tight timelines
• High level of accuracy and ability to work under pressure
