About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

Business segments covered: PFS (non-individual) & Business Banking* / Wholesale Banking* segments covering conventional and Islamic cases. * Handling and processing documentation for various types of conventional loan / Islamic financing facilities.

• Ensuring completion of documentation and full compliance of conditions precedent / pre-disbursement terms and conditions prior to signing off disbursement for / making available loan / financing facilities.
• Performing accurate, complete and timely data input / maintenance into the relevant systems.
• Attending to queries from business partners and relevant stakeholders on documentation related issues.
• Carrying out any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time e.g. data cleansing exercises, special projects, UATs, regression testings, etc.

Job Requirements

• A recognised Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or any other equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 - 4 years\' relevant experience in banking environment, especially in wholesale conventional loan / Islamic financing documentation
• Preferably with experience in handling documentation for wholesale conventional loan & Islamic financing.
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office softwares - Words, Excel and Power Point
• Team player, keen and quick learner, progressive thinker and implementer
• Is competent in one\'s functional / technical skills
