Job Description

Your primary responsibilities include scriptwriting, video production, editing, and posting content based on daily KPIs.

a. Develop and strategize video content across various social media platforms (TikTok etc) in alignment with the company's objectives.

b. Create attractive and innovative content for diverse social media platforms, including live content for social media and E-Commerce.

c. Stay updated with social media platforms trends, challenges, and cultural movements to maintain engaging and fresh content for varied audiences.

d. Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer preferences for informed marketing strategies.

e. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, insights, and materials for marketing collateral including content and live for all platforms.

f. Supervise live sessions with internal teams, ensuring high-quality content delivery and brand representation to deliver high-quality content.

g. Engage with social media followers, monitor comments, and manage community engagement by promptly responding to comments, messages, and feedback across all platforms include online customer service (answering customer questions digitally using tools such as email, social media, live chat etc)

h. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory guidelines to ensure marketing activities are compliant and effective.

i. Support physical and offline marketing & promotional events with internal teams, including outlets such as members' day.

j. Perform other ad hoc tasks as directed and required by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
