Create and implement a social media strategy for XHS, TikTok, and Douyin, focusing on each platform's culture and algorithm.
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand awareness, engagement, community growth, and conversions.
Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and competitors to keep our strategy effective. Lead content creation from ideation to editing, producing high-quality videos and graphics.
Write engaging captions in both Chinese and English for XHS. Manage a content calendar for consistent posting.
Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
Use data insights to optimize content strategy, posting times, and paid tactics. Provide regular performance reports, ROI, and community growth updates to the marketing team.
Job requirements:-
2-3 years of professional experience in social media marketing, with a
proven track record of growing an account or brand on Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and/or Douyin.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English is essential.
A strong portfolio of past work (or personal account) demonstrating success on these platforms is required.
