Manage and update company's social media content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Interact with followers on social media, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a positive manner.
Analyze social media data and reports to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant content production.
Ensure that the company's brand image and messaging are maintained across all social media platforms.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the social media world and provide recommendations to improve the company's social media performance.
Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior/management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Business or any relevant field.
Proven experience in managing social media platforms.
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in social media trends.
Strong written and communication skill in Malay and English.
Able to work collaboratively with other team members.
Creative and detail-oriented person.
