Social Media and Content Executive Assistant
to support our digital communication and content initiatives.
Job Purpose
This role supports the execution of content strategies across multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging, professional brand presentation, and effective audience engagement. The position works closely with senior leadership in content planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Video Production
Edit short-form videos for social media using CapCut, Canva or equivalent tools
Assist in scripting, trimming, subtitling, and content optimisation
Design & Visual Materials
Design posters, infographics, carousels, and digital templates using Canva
Ensure visual output aligns with brand and communication standards
Social Media Management
Schedule and publish daily content on Facebook, Instagram,Youtube and TikTok
Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a professional manner
Digital Engagement & Automation
Support the use of AI tools and chatbot systems (e.g. ManyChat) for enquiries
Assist with lead engagement and follow-up processes
Leadership Support
Provide content and coordination support to senior leadership
Assist in content planning, scripting, and execution timelines
Reporting & Insights
Track engagement, reach, and basic performance metrics
Provide structured feedback and recommendations for improvement

Candidate RequirementsAcademic Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in:
Marketing
Communications
Journalism
Public Relations

Graphic Design
(or equivalent experience)*
Skills & Competencies
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms
Strong video editing and visual design capability
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Interest in finance, technology, and education
Independent, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
