to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing our brand presence across social platforms, engaging with our community online and offline, and supporting the planning and execution of events and activations.
You will play a key role in shaping how our audience experiences the brand and in building a loyal, engaged community.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Work with graphic designers or content creators to develop visual assets.
Write compelling copy and captions that reflect the brand voice.
Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and direct messaging.
Monitor social trends and suggest creative ideas that are timely and on-brand.
Analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and provide monthly reports with insights.
Community Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, collaborators, and loyal customers.
Organise and manage community, Q&As, and interactive content.
Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen the online community.
Events & Activations
Assist in the planning and execution of events such as product launches, pop-ups, workshops, or partner collaborations.
Coordinate logistics including venue, vendors, guest lists, and event setup.
Represent the brand at events and engage with attendees to build community and awareness.
Liaise with influencers, partners, and media to ensure successful participation and coverage.
Collaboration & Content Coordination
Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce campaign assets.
Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, events, and seasonal trends.
Identify and engage key community stakeholders and strategic brand partners to drive collaboration.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media, events, or brand communications.
Strong knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, and other languages is a bonus).
Confident, people-oriented, and energetic - comfortable in both online and offline community engagement.
Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps are a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, especially during events.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
