Kelayakan

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Tanggungjawab

• You\'ll execute social media and online marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. This includes lead generation, customer acquisition, company presence and visibility.
• You\'ll regularly create and post engaging and compelling content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, to engage and attract the target audience in all social media, websites, online posts, blogs, articles, emails, and other online platforms and digital channels. Ensure the content quality and consistent with the company\'s services and position across all platforms.
• You\'ll manage content calendars, schedule posts and execute per publishing schedules to create service awareness and increase company\'s visibility.
• You\'ll monitor, manage and engage with the audience, respond to enquiries, comments and messages, drive traffic and conversion in all social media accounts, including Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, \xe5\xb0\x8f\xe7\xba\xa2\xe4\xb9\xa6, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, Snapchat and others to promote services and foster positive company presence.
• You\'ll design, create, execute, manage and optimize all social media advertisement and online advertisement like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising networks to drive customer interest.
• You\'ll respond and handle online inquiries, questions, messages, comments, reviews, feedback, and any related crisis or issues promptly, fostering meaningful conversations, building strong relationship with customers, followers and online community.
• You\'ll highlight and report to management on any urgency, importance, changes, issues and other relevant or relatedness promptly.
• You\'ll conduct keyword research in organic search rankings, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO) across all websites, social medias, emails marketing, online posts, blogs, articles and etc, by optimizing company\'s presence, content, advertisement and website.
• You\'ll analyze, monitor and report to management on the performance of the social media, online marketing, advertising and promotion regularly, by utilizing tools like Google Analytics / Data Studio Supermetrics and etc, marketing automation platforms, and social media analytics to generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates and return on investment (ROI), to identify opportunities and provide insights for improvement.
• You\'ll drive company presence expansion into new markets through market research and keep up-to-date with the changing and emerging industry trends, services offered, audience preferences, marketing tools, algorithm, technologies and best practices in social media and online marketing, continuously explore new tools, platforms and strategies, adjust and enhance marketing strategies accordingly to identify new opportunities, maximize reach and engagement.
• You\'ll conduct experiment and testing on different advertisement formats, contents, messages, videos, infographics, landing pages or more for management to decide on the marketing strategy.
• You\'ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives, consistent messaging and branding across all online channels.
