• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• Proven experience in content creation and website management (preferably in the F&B/cafxc3xa9 scene)
• Strong visual storytelling abilities and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) or equivalent design/video editing software like Canva/CapCut
• Excellent in both English and Mandarin written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and content scheduling tools
• Strong photography and videography skills would be an added advantage
• Able to think creatively and generate fresh ideas for marketing initiatives
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Familiar with website content management systems like WordPress, SEO principles and HTML/CSS
• Proficient in data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager
• Have own transport and able to travel between all our 3 outlets

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish engaging, creative visual and written contents for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Red Note) and website
• Assist marketing manager in planning quarterly social media contents and launching of new products
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and build a relationship with our online community
• Assist in handling online reputation management and crisis response when necessary
• Manage and optimize social media ads, analyse performance and adjust strategies
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, social media algorithms and best practices in content creation
• Regularly update website content and assist in the launch of new products on website
• Optimize SEO to improve search engine ranking on Google
• Constantly ensure that website is properly functioning, user-friendly, has good loading speed and assist with technical issues if needed

Work Location:

• Mostly in Kulai
• Would need to travel to Eco Botanic/Austin depending on work

Work Schedule:

• 5 days work week
• 8am to 6pm (1 HR break time)
