Requirements

• SPM qualification with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service; or
• Diploma holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience; or
• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in Mandarin (including reading and typing) with a good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels including email, chat, and callbacks.
• Ensure all customer queries are accurately addressed or routed to the correct support channels.
• Handle customer escalations by tracking, resolving, and escalating cases according to established procedures.
• Follow all documented workflows, call flows, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes to ensure accurate and consistent service delivery.
