About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Online Promotion Specialist / Social Media Executive to drive our brand's online presence and engagement across forums, social media platforms, and other digital channels in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The ideal candidate will excel in content creation, user engagement, and brand reputation management, with a results-oriented mindset to amplify our online influence.

Duties & Responsibilities

Create and post comments, reviews, and content on forums, social media sites, and other social media platforms in Hong Kong and Mainland China to support marketing campaigns or public opinion initiatives. Raise brand awareness and manage brand reputation on forums and social media platforms by monitor, track, and respond to user comments across various platforms Monitor trending topics, address user feedback promptly in a timely manner to shape conversations positively Collaborate with team leads to align posts with specific goals, such as increasing visibility or countering negative feedback Maintain multiple online accounts and ensure all activities comply with platform guidelines
Requirements:

Familiarity with popular platforms like Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, or international sites like Instagram/Twitter/X, Facebook, and Reddit. Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences. Basic understanding of SEO, viral marketing, or digital PR strategies. Ability to work independently, meet daily posting quotas, and handle high-volume tasks. Prior experience in online commenting, blogging, or social media management is a plus but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
