Location:

Job Type:

Full-time, Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)

Key Responsibilities

Attend client briefings and internal presentations as required Participate in creative discussions and brainstorming sessions Develop and present social media strategies and campaign ideas for clients Manage and maintain social media channels for both clients and the company Collaborate with copywriters and designers to bring campaigns to life Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for clients

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Deliver engaging, high-quality content daily across all client platforms Maintain consistent weekly content seeding and scheduling Support the development of monthly client proposals Provide monthly reports and actionable insights for all managed accounts

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation Strong knowledge of major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc. A creative and strategic thinker with an audience-first approach to content Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong team player with solid collaboration and interpersonal skills Basic design knowledge (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus Able to start immediately is preferred
