Requirements

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and short-form video trends
• Basic skills in photography, videography, and content editing (phone or camera)
• Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar software is an advantage
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify content angles and produce visually appealing material
• Able to manage the full content creation flow independently (planning shooting editing publishing)
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with the team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge in baking, food industry, or retail is a plus (optional)
• Candidates with experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome if passionate (can be removed if unnecessary)

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.), including captions, photos, videos, Reels, and Stories
• Plan, shoot, and edit creative content that aligns with the brand's identity
• Produce content for new product launches, promotions, educational posts, event highlights, workshops, and more
• Manage content scheduling and ensure consistent posting across all platforms
• Monitor content performance and analyse metrics such as views, engagement rate, and conversions to optimise future content
• Assist in pre-production for live sessions (scripts, key points) and support during live content if needed
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and photography teams to maintain brand consistency
• Assist with community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and follower inquiries
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms, applying them to content strategies
• Support onsite content shooting for workshops, classes, demonstrations, events, and customer activities
