Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing:

Create, manage, and publish

original and high-quality content

across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest). Design and produce short-form video content using editing software like

CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro,

or other relevant tools. Develop

infographics

and other visual assets for regular posting.

Community & Live Management:

Host live

sessions (e.g., Q&A, product demos) across platforms. Manage all company social media accounts to ensure content is

relevant and up-to-date

.

Respond directly

to comments and questions on social media posts in a timely and professional manner.

Strategy & Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to

grow the company's network

and target new, relevant followers. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Analytics & Reporting:

Analyze data and metrics

to create weekly and monthly reports on web traffic, user engagement, and Return on Investment (ROI) for social campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Manager, or similar role. Deep

familiarity with major social media platforms

such as Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Demonstrable experience in creating compelling visual and video content.

Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics/analytics.

Excellent analytical skills

with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

with a keen eye for detail and brand voice. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 - 9 per week
