Responsible for creating, managing and executing digital content to meet the company's goals of increasing website traffic, social media impressions and engagement. You will lead on the day-to-day management of developing creative, informative and engaging content.

Assist in coordinating and managing the brand's social platform (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, XHS etc) Support the Marketing team in developing creatives and content assets. Plan the content calendar, produce, and create engaging and creative content for different social media platforms to drive awareness and conversion traffic to brand websites. Produce marketing copy that are on brand tone to advertise products on social media and website. Create graphics and edit photos to create awareness and interest within our target audience, driving traffic to engage with digital content. Write and edit blog/journal posts for websites. Suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends to achieve goals in increasing website traffic, social media impressions and engagements. Ensure timely delivery of all deliverable within different campaigns timelines.
Requirements

Experience in Content Creation for various social media such as Instagram, Xiaohongshu is a plus. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Art/Creative Multimedia, Marketing or related field. Creative and able to generate own ideas. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and development Strong digital media skills and familiar with various updated designing/video tools. Good time management A keen eye for aesthetics and details. Good interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
