Kelayakan

• Candidate with minimum Diploma in mass communication, marketing, videography or related field, Fresh graduated are welcome!
• Have hands-on experience using editing software such PR or Capcut(\xe5\x89\xaa\xe5\xbd\xb1).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Tanggungjawab

• Manage company social media account such as xiaohongshu(\xe5\xb0\x8f\xe7\xba\xa2\xe4\xb9\xa6), Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram and others.
• Produce and post daily content on our social media pages, including photo, video, and other engaging contents formats.
• Participate in content creation, shooting, editing, handling influencer, creative copywriting/captions to maintain company brand and get enquiry from social media\'s audience.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all channel and report on the performance of digital campaign.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.
• Track the effect of content (video/photo), analysis and feedback to enhance user activity, increase the number of fans and interaction.
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages.
• Conduct LIVE Streaming as a Host on various online platforms (xiaohongshu (\xe5\xb0\x8f\xe7\xba\xa2\xe4\xb9\xa6) & Tiktok).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adhere to project deadlines.
