Job Description
We are looking for a
creative and analytical Content Creator
to manage and grow our brand presence acrossFacebook, XiaoHongShu (???), and TikTok
.This role combines
content creation + backend analysis
, ensuring every post not only looks good but alsoperforms well
to help us hit business goals.Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
Plan, create, and post content (photo, video, captions) across FB, XHS, and TikTok. Produce content that highlights our signage works (3D lettering, acrylic lightbox, neon, etc.). Write engaging, easy-to-understand captions with strong CTA. Edit short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/XHS). Maintain posting calendar and content library.
Analysis & Strategy
Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, leads). Do backend analysis on FB Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and XHS insights. Adjust content strategy based on data (what works, what doesn't). Suggest ad ideas and help monitor ad performance.
Collaboration
Work closely with Sales/Design team to get project highlights. Brainstorm campaign ideas with management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
