About the Role

We're a Malaysia-based wellness brand seeking a hands-on creator to run our social video pipeline end-to-end. You'll turn everyday brand moments into engaging Reels/shorts/videos (vertical & horizontal), publish consistently across platforms, and learn quickly from results. Discretion and professionalism are essential.

What you'll be doing

Own the content calendar for social videos (Reels/shorts), stories, and occasional carousels Develop hooks & scripts for educational and lifestyle content (EN/BM; Mandarin a must) Plan and run shoots, manage simple lighting/ audio, gather B-roll Edit for vertical & horizontal (CapCut/Premiere): punchy cuts, readable captions, clean covers Publish & optimise across major platforms using native tools, tags, locations, and scheduling Review analytics to surface what works and suggest next iterations (retention/watch time/saves) Coordinate discreetly with internal stakeholders and external contacts where needed Keep assets organised: folders, filenames, versioning, and simple approval flows

What we're looking for

Strong portfolio of vertical/horizontal social videos with great hooks and retention T-shaped creator skills: scripting, self-shooting, directing non-actors, fast editing Platform-native instincts for short-form video and stories across social channels Clear writing in English &

Mandarin

Basic on-set craft: framing, exposure, audio checks with lav/wireless mics Highly organised, proactive, comfortable working to a content calendar Professional discretion & confidentiality in all communications
