Job Summary

The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for developing, producing, and managing engaging visual and multimedia content across all social media platforms. This role focuses on creating educational and promotional content that showcases the company's services and values while maintaining consistent brand identity. The position requires creative direction, storytelling expertise, and the ability to produce 3 pieces of content daily to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Production & Management
- Plan, conceptualize, shoot, and edit video and photo content for all social media platforms.
- Use CapCut and other multimedia tools to create polished and visually appealing materials.
- Produce educational, testimonial, and promotional content that reflects brand values and service quality.
- Manage and maintain a consistent posting calendar in collaboration with the marketing team.

2. Creative Direction & Brand Storytelling
- Develop creative ideas and campaign visuals that align with the clinic's goals and messaging.
- Translate dental concepts into relatable visuals that communicate trust, care, and precision.
- Stay updated with digital and social content trends to maintain fresh and relevant content output.

3. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all visuals, scripts, and captions comply with medical ethics, confidentiality, and privacy standards.
- Adhere to Stellar Acumen's brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines.
- Maintain high-quality control over lighting, framing, and sound during shoots.

4. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the marketing, dental, and management teams for campaign alignment.
- Provide insights and data-driven feedback from post analytics to improve content performance.
- Support internal events or training initiatives by capturing highlights and staff moments.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
