Requirements
- 1-3 years in content creation or video editing
- Proficient in CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- Understand trends on TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts
- Good visual sense and rhythm in editing
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Passion for social media, branding, and storytelling
- Bonus: Able to edit bilingual content (English + Mandarin)
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Follow KOLs/leaders during shoots & real estate activities
- Assist in creative scripting and content planning
- Post on platforms like TikTok, IG, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu
- Create engaging captions, hashtags, and video thumbnails
- Repurpose content in bilingual format (ENG + CHN)
- Track video performance and suggest improvements
- Work directly with top real estate KOLs
- 5-day work week (Mon-Fri)
