We are looking for a talented Social Media & Content Lead to join a dynamic team at a digital marketing and advertising company. As the Social Media & Content Lead, you will be responsible for shaping our client\xe2\x80\x99s social media presence across multiple platforms, generating engagement, and developing meaningful social conversations.

Who do we look for:

• At least 5 years of experience in a digital-first organization in roles related to social media, content planning, or similar. Experience in an agency is a plus.
• Proficient in English with advanced knowledge of major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Familiarity with social media management tools, analytic, sentiments, and social listening is essential.
• Strong comprehension of the audience engagement process to generate meaningful outcomes.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute social media content strategies.
• Create the client\xe2\x80\x99s content plan for various social media touch points.
• Collaborate with the Brand and Ops teams to conceptualise imperatively initiatives.
• Establish social media content playbook and guidelines for different touch points.
• Strategies and execute content pillars and editorial plans.
• Use various tools to monitor, measure, and optimise content effectiveness.
• Oversee community management and social media administration on all official client\xe2\x80\x99s accounts.
• Collaborate with clients to generate award-winning content ideas.
• Suggest boosted content plans as necessary.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitoring, including data-driven reporting.
• Write basic copy for paid content.
