Salary Range: RM2,000 - RM3,000/month (based on experience)

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, highly organized, and TikTok-savvy Social Media Coordinator to join MyAsiaPik and lead our daily content planning, scheduling, and campaign coordination.

You'll act as the content brain behind the scenes, connecting marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure our social platforms run smoothly and convert!

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and monitor content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts & other platforms

Coordinate daily posting based on a structured ratio (Engagement / Sales / Education)

Monitor and guide the content creator team with daily ideas, video responses, and creative direction

Prepare weekly/monthly

TikTok Live schedules

and brief hosts on campaigns, vouchers, and key talking points

Collaborate with the TikTok Live Host to align campaign timing, script, and selling goals

Track and analyze content performance: views, engagement, conversion rates

Handle

TikTok violations

, liaise with TikTok team, and ensure compliance with community guidelines

Coordinate with influencers/creators for campaigns and posting timelines

Support scriptwriting and content ideation when needed

Compile monthly content data reports (e.g. sales via TikTok, content performance breakdowns)

What We're Looking For

1-2 years experience in content planning, digital marketing, or social media

Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels, and social media platforms

Organized, independent, and great at cross-functional communication

Able to lead a team and ensure content flows smoothly day-to-day

Comfortable analyzing performance data to guide improvements

Experience working with influencers or creators is a bonus

Bonus if you:

Have a background in

Mass Communication, Marketing, PR, Multimedia, or Broadcasting

Enjoy content analysis and social media trends

Are familiar with TikTok Shop & livestream campaign coordination
