Supports the Online Services team and coordinates online service-related activities. This position plays an important role in maintaining online stores and fulfillment for our clients. This position also assists with daily customer service-related and invoice processing functions on an as needed basis. Job Scope \xe2\x80\xa2 Update & upload products to company website, Shopee, Lazada & Lelong. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage company Instagram & Facebook Account. \xe2\x80\xa2 Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Do price comparison analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage order shipment and coordination with the warehouse \xe2\x80\xa2 Track and resolve fulfillment issues with warehouse. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other task or duty as assigned or required.
