Key Responsibilities
?Content Strategy & Execution: You will be responsible for the strategic planning and daily operation of our social media platforms, including TikTok.
?Multimedia Content Creation: Lead the entire process of short-video and live stream content, from planning and scriptwriting to filming, editing, and publishing. You will also serve as the on-camera host.
?Customer Relationship Management: Efficiently handle customer inquiries online to maintain and enhance our brand's image on social media.
?Candidate Profile
?Mandatory Requirement: Must have fluent communication skills in Malay.
?Skills: Familiarity with the operational mechanisms and latest trends on social media platforms like TikTok. Experience in live streaming or video production is a plus.
