As the Social Media & Copywriter Intern, you will write original copy and content across different formats (web, video, social media, advertising) to drive growth and play a key role in scaling PTT Outdoor. The most successful Social Media & Copywriter Intern will be a quick learner with creative ideas and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities: 70% Copywriting 1. Write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing materials, including website, social media, video, and online advertising 2. Research and understand our target audience\'s needs and interests 3. Collaborate with the team from concept development to delivery of the final product 4. Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team 5. Revise copy based on internal feedback and direction 6. Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology 30% Social Media Management 1. Assist the Content Marketing Manager in creating and publishing social media content 2. Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers on PTT Outdoor\'s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) 3. Collaborate with Marketing team to create original social media content 4. Assist the Marketing team in coming up with tactics to grow PTT Outdoor\'s other online channels 5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies We\'re looking for someone who is willing and able to: 1. Get hands-on experience in the industry and grow their skills 2. Learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 3 Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action 4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of audience-related industry trends 5. Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging Skills & qualifications: 1. Exceptional writing skills 2. Passionate about (copy)writing 3. Social media and tech-savvy 4. Good in Bahasa Melayu and English 5. Looking to build a career in copywriting and/or social media management 6. A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design 7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 8. Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities 9. Copywriting experience a plus 10. Social media or content marketing experience a plus
