Job Summary

The Social Media Copywriter is responsible for creating compelling and engaging written content for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, clinic materials, brochures, websites, and patient education materials. This role requires developing authentic, empathetic, and trustworthy copy that resonates with healthcare audiences while maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels. The copywriter will collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and drive conversion rates through strategic content development.

Responsibilities

1. Content Writing & Editing

- Write, proofread, and edit copy for social media, marketing campaigns, clinic brochures, website, and patient education materials.
- Develop brand-consistent captions, articles, and promotional copy that convey clarity, empathy, and trust.
- Adapt writing style for different content types educational, conversational, or promotional.

2. Brand Voice & Consistency
- Uphold a consistent tone, language, and message across all communication materials.
- Collaborate with the content creator and design team to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Translate dental procedures and terms into approachable, audience-friendly narratives.

3. Research & Content Development
- Conduct background research to ensure accuracy and credibility in all published materials.
- Stay informed about dental and aesthetic industry developments, emerging treatments, and communication trends.
- Suggest content ideas for campaigns and awareness initiatives.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure written materials adhere to medical advertising guidelines, confidentiality standards, and brand policies.
- Double-check factual accuracy before publication.
- Maintain structured documentation of all approved content for audit or regulatory purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
