Location: Petaling Jaya (First Avenue), Selangor

Salary: RM 3,300

What You'll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram & more

Handle complex & sensitive customer issues

Deliver timely & accurate responses

Ensure excellent customer experience

What We Need:

2+ years Customer Service (Social Media preferred)

Strong English & Malay (written + spoken)

Tech-savvy & familiar with FB, X, IG

Able to stay calm with tough customers

Team player, positive attitude

Flexible to work days, nights, weekends & holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,200.00 per month
