Who we are looking for:

Hashmeta is seeking a creative Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating compelling visual content across digital platforms, contributing to innovative campaigns, and helping our clients achieve their marketing objectives through exceptional design work.

What you'll do:

Design and produce high-quality digital assets for various platforms including social media, websites, emails, and digital advertising Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and interactive content that capture audience attention Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, marketers, and account managers to conceptualize and execute client campaigns Adapt designs for different digital formats and ensure consistency across platforms Stay ahead of emerging design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to our creative process Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative concepts Work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries Optimize designs for performance across devices and platforms Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience 1-2 years of experience in digital design, preferably in a marketing agency or creative environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe After Effects Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design capabilities Understanding of UI/UX principles for digital platforms Knowledge of design principles including typography, color theory, and composition Ability to create responsive designs for various screen sizes Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent time management abilities and organizational skills Experience with Figma, CapCut, and AI design tools will be considered a bonus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
