JOB DESCRIPTIONS

We're looking for a creative, organised, and detail-oriented individual to bring our brand stories to life across social media platforms. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our content creation and campaign execution -- from crafting engaging posts to coordinating with influencers and keeping campaigns running smoothly. If you love social media, have a knack for content editing, and enjoy working in a fast-paced creative environment, this role is for you! What you will do:

Uploading and scheduling posts on IG / TikTok / XHS / Facebook Writing captions and basic copy, monitoring content performance Supporting short video shooting (BTS, product highlights, lifestyle content) Organizing media files (photos, videos, captions, documents) Uploading visuals for campaigns, product launches, and live stream event Using Canva / CapCut / InShot to do simple content editing Assisting during photoshoots (setting up props, capturing behind-the-scenes) Track & report basic social media stats (views, likes, shares) Influencer (KOL / KOC) Coordination: Contacting KOLs/KOCs on XHS, TikTok, and IG Assisting in message drafts, sample coordination, and tracking replies Coordinate sample sending, deadlines, and reposting user content Maintaining a KOL/KOC campaign tracking sheet
