Position: Social Media E-Commerce Marketing Location: Kerinchi Bangsar ( Near Lrt ) Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Operation Hour: 9 am - 6:00 Pm Salary: RM2,800++ Job Offer : 12 Months Contract ( RENEWABLE / CONVERT Subjected to the performance ) Company: Well known company -JOBSCOPE- Reporting to the Head of Content, you will be responsible for: Key Responsibilities -Develop and execute sustainable programs for our Sellers and Influencers to increase in quality content. -Schedule and maintain PGC (professional generated content) for our respective Lazada accounts . Identify new trends based on difference sources on the platform (search, keywords) that drives growth of the accounts. -Develop and execute growth plans for followers and engagement across each Lazada account meeting ambitious targets Work with cross-function teams (e.g. product managers (SKU selections), marketing, commercial, creatives, to ensure end to end implementation of initiatives and programs to identify opportunities of improvement on our platform. -Regularly report on the growth, engagement (comments, shares, likes, views, followers, etc) to all key stake-holders. -Build direct relationships with our audiences through community management. Share any learnings internally with teams -Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Excellent time management skills with evidence of being able to balance projects and prioritise - A deep understanding of social commerce and the wider social and media landscape -A proven ability to problem solve and change approaches with trends or shifts on e-commerce platforms. -REQUIREMENT \xe2\x80\x93 - Skills & Competencies Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Advertising and Marketing or related field of study -At least 2-4 years of work experience, ideally in eCommerce, creative/media agency or technology industry - Community management and experience with social commerce is a plus. - Hands-on experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders -Detailed-oriented and good communication skills with willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment - Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making - Analytical mind & strong attention to detail -Strong project management skills - Industry knowledge is strong plus -Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work both independently and within a team Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) Experience in e-commerce preferred Job Type: Contract
