Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative

Social Media & Events Specialist

to join our dynamic team! In this role, you are:

Responsible for managing social media platforms Creating and implementing strategies to attract and engage job seekers Coordinating events, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful talent acquisition by incorporating AI Sourcing and evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, managing job listings, and maintaining relationships with hiring employers and job seekers
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field 1-3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or recruitment (fresh grads with strong passion are welcome to apply) Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with AI tools or HR tech platforms is an added advantage Passionate about connecting people with opportunities and creating impact

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
