Coordinating events, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful talent acquisition by incorporating AI
Sourcing and evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, managing job listings, and maintaining relationships with hiring employers and job seekers
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
1-3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or recruitment (fresh grads with strong passion are welcome to apply)
Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with AI tools or HR tech platforms is an added advantage
