Responsibilities:
Collate and analyze media coverage.
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand's goals and marketing plans.
Manage day-to-day content planning, posting, and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Collaborate with other departments to create compelling visuals, videos, and copy.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to ensure the brand stays relevant and responsive.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.
Coordinate with influencers, media partners, and relevant collaborators for campaign execution.
Stay up to date with platform changes, new features, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising/Media, or any related field.
Have 1-3 years of experience in Marketing/ Social Media or any related field, preferably in Retail.
Have broad knowledge and experience across digital and offline marketing channels.
Strong creative and strategic thinking.
Strong communication and public speaking skills.
Passionate in the modest and fashion industry.
