To curate & create content for the group\xe2\x80\x99s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) and TikTok, including shooting & editing videos, ensuring high-quality visuals and developing compelling creatives and captions for social media postings, while maintaining consistent brand voice adherence to brand guidelines.
To populate and schedule approved content via social media tools or from platform.
Plan, organize and execute content calendar for the group, across multiple brands/businesses.
To work closely with stakeholders in curating & creating social media content for brands and other group initiatives.
To stay updated with social media trends and best practices to contribute to innovative content ideas.
Maintain high ROI in terms of content, upkeep quality and adherence to all brand guidelines.
To monitor and report on the performance of the respective social media platforms and their content, identifying areas for improvement.
Follow competitors\' visibility and promotional activities, assisting the marketing team to make full use of information when developing strategies.
Able to work independently and report to multiple business division\xe2\x80\x99s PICs.
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum of 1 years working experience in the social media field (agency or client-side); however, fresh graduates with content creation experience are also welcomed.
Possesses copywriting skills in BM and English. Knowing Mandarin is a plus.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks.
Proficiency in photo and video editing tools, such as CapCut or similar software.
Familiarity with all social media platforms, including content formats and best practices.
Able to communicate and express ideas, strategy and have good comprehension of brand and marketing language.
Able and know-how to use G-Suite.
Creative mindset and ability to conceptualise and execute engaging content ideas.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
