is responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content to promote the showroom's reconditioned car inventory, campaigns, and brand presence. This role focuses on driving engagement, generating leads, and maintaining a consistent online brand image across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Management
Develop engaging content (photos, videos, captions) highlighting car stock, features, customer deliveries, and promotions.
Manage posting across platforms -- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,
Create short video content (walkarounds, test drives, feature highlights) to attract potential buyers.
Coordinate with photographers/videographers for professional shoots.
2. Campaign Planning
Plan and execute social media campaigns to support sales events, new arrivals, and promotions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing content aligns with inventory updates.
Track and report campaign results (reach, engagement, leads).
3. Branding & Engagement
Maintain a consistent visual style and tone across all posts.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on social media.
Build brand presence through influencer collaborations or community engagement.
4. Performance Analysis
Monitor analytics and insights on all platforms.
Prepare monthly reports on growth, engagement, and ad performance.
Recommend improvements based on performance data.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
