REQUIREMENTS



Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design/video editing tools. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and current trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of paid ads (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) is an advantage. Comfortable multitasking and working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Programmes).

Confident in conducting live sessions, webinars, or product demos to engage audiences.


RESPONSIBILITIES



Content Creation & Management



Plan, design, and schedule creative content across multiple social media platforms. Maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, events, and product launches. Conduct live sessions, webinars, or Q&A sessions to build stronger audience engagement.

Community Engagement



Monitor, respond, and interact with followers professionally and promptly. Build and maintain positive relationships with online communities. Drive interactive campaigns to strengthen audience engagement.

Campaign Support



Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. Support influencer collaborations, ads, and promotions. Provide

live event coverage

during exhibitions, roadshows, or product launches.

Analytics & Reporting



Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions). Provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Stay updated on platform algorithms, tools, and trends.

Administration & Coordination



Maintain organized records of content, campaigns, and reports. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Executive, Graphic Designer, and other teams. Ensure all activities adhere to brand guidelines and company policies.

SALARY & BENEFITS



Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications (starting from RM 2,500.00 - RM 3,200.00). KWSP, SOCSO, and Medical Reimbursement.
