• Proven experience at least 1 year in managing social media platforms for a consumer brand, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for food, snacking culture, and consumer trends is a plus.

Tanggungjawab

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness & drive traffic
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, XHS and TikTok.
• Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, publishing, and responding to comments.
• Track social media trends and analytics to improve performance and find growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with marketing initiatives.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with KOLS, influencers, and industry partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
• Involve in KOL marketing, liaise with KOLs and partnership with clients.
• Support the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns to drive conversions and achieve marketing objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
