Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals, ensuring consistency across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Create, schedule, and publish content (text, images, videos) on social media platforms, tailoring it to the audience and platform. Liaise with the marketing team to coordinate social media activities with broader marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to foster a positive community. Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and promotional material for social media. Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports to the marketing team and recommending adjustments to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media practices, recommending new approaches where necessary. Assist with influencer collaborations and partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and driving engagement. Manage paid social media campaigns, working with the marketing team to set objectives, budget, and measure the impact on brand awareness and conversions. Maintain a social media calendar, ensuring consistent posting and coordination with marketing initiatives.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role. Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and their management tools. Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content. Experience working with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights) to track performance and optimize strategies. Ability to collaborate and liaise with marketing teams, ensuring that social media efforts align with larger marketing objectives. Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads. Creative and innovative mindset, with an eye for visual content and storytelling. Time management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
