Develop, plan, and execute engaging content tailored for each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage day-to-day social media operations including posting, scheduling, community engagement, and responding to inquiries.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content relevant and competitive.
Liaise with stakeholders from different functions and across borders to support their marketing initiatives through social media strategies and campaigns.
Assist in running paid advertising campaigns on social platforms, from targeting and ad creation to performance tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field OR relevant work experience in social media.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Excellent writing and communication skills; able to create engaging, audience-focused content.
Detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable to fast-paced trends.
Fresh graduate is welcomed!
Added advantage:
Experience in Canva or other design tools.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and/or HubSpot.
