Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Plan, create, and schedule
social media content
(posts, captions, stories, short videos)
Monitor daily engagement and respond to comments and messages
Work with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines
Track and analyze social media performance and prepare basic reports
Stay updated on social media trends and suggest new content ideas
Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
Assist with basic graphic or video editing (if required)
Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field
Experience managing social media platforms is an added advantage
Good command of
English & Bahasa Malaysia
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of social media tools and analytics
Able to work independently and as part of a team
