Responsibilities
KEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees the brands social media account management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Bring alive the brand voice and ethos onto the social media channels.
Develops engaging, creative and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts and promote brand-focused messages in collaboration with the Creative team.
Coordinates social media messaging with the Marketing team and prepare the social media campaigns for new launch, promotion mechanics and other related messages.
Audit and analyze social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns.
Source, plan and engage influencers for campaigns and form long-term relationships.
Prepare documents required for processes required such as and not limited to, payment processing, inventory changes etc.
