Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Respond to any mentions over social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (Feed, Live, Story), and TikTok and engage with the social media users. \xc2\xb7 Producing consistent creative content across all the social media channels such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok \xc2\xb7 Regular monitoring the competitor\'s social media sites and creating analysis reports \xc2\xb7 Monitoring social media metrics and ROI. \xc2\xb7 Working with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages \xc2\xb7 Analysing social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor data. \xc2\xb7 Advise photoshoot for the Instagram feed or content \xc2\xb7 Create or execute company branding direction direct instruction from brand and ads manager or directors. \xc2\xb7 Create or execute content for email, SMS, WhatsApp blasting for an event or customer information. \xc2\xb7 Communicate with Operation, Marketing & Trading Department for another item that needs to be promoted on social media platforms \xc2\xb7 Assist in budget planning for photoshoot, influencer and etc \xc2\xb7 Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals. \xc2\xb7 Assist photographer during photoshoots \xc2\xb7 Manage all E-commerce platform such as Lazada, Shopee, Website etc
