Minimum of 2 years related work experience
Hands on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Analytical and multitasking skill
Responsible, committed, have initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good command of Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities
Timely Posting across Platforms Campaign Management: Plan and execute monthly content for company and relevant IP to boost brand awareness and engagement
Manage and optimize company\'s social media platform such as Facebook, XiaoHongShu, Youtube, Tiktok etc
Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish and share company event / retail content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functionals team (marketing, sales and customer service) for cohesive and effective digital strategies and ensure brand consistency
Community Engagement: Foster connections with our audience through active engagement and timely responses and monitor customer review.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake any additional related tasks assigned by the Company
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our social
media strategy.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
