1. Social Media Strategy & Management

Plan, develop, and execute multi-platform social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, etc.). Manage the day-to-day operations of Loomi's social media accounts -- including content planning, posting, and community interaction. Align all social content with brand voice, marketing objectives, and campaign goals. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.
2. Content Creation & Campaign Execution

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and marketing) to conceptualize engaging content ideas. Develop short-form videos, posts, stories, and reels that resonate with Loomi's audience. Support marketing campaigns, show launches, and partnerships with compelling social media assets. Ensure all content reflects Loomi's tone, visual identity, and storytelling approach.
3. Community Building & Engagement

Build and nurture an active online community around Loomi's content and creators. Respond to audience comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally. Engage with trends, memes, and cultural moments to keep Loomi's social presence relevant and relatable.
4. Analytics & Growth Optimization

Track performance KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and conversions. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance performance. Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep Loomi ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (preferably in media, entertainment, or creative industries). Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behavior. Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.). Creative mindset with attention to detail and trend awareness. Video editing, basic graphic design, or motion content skills are a strong advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
