Job Description


  • Conducting research on competitors and audience preferences
  • Creating social media content, such as videos, graphics and written copy, to appeal to target markets
  • Monitoring and responding to customer and consumer engagements on social media channels and crowd-sourced review websites
  • Tracking and reporting social media engagement and trends
  • Staying current on trending topics to increase engagement and user conversion
  • Optimize social accounts
  • Staying informed of current technology and trends
  • Planning and developing social media campaigns, often in collaboration with other teams
  • Defining key performance indicators and reporting on campaigns
Requirement
  • At least 2 years of experiences in social media marketing
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media and display advertising
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Prefer mandarin speaker
